This year as we celebrate Canada Day in Montreal with the 34th annual Parade on July 1st, 2011, we will also welcome many local dignitaries such as MP Justin Trudeau, Mayor Alan Desousa and Conseilliere de Montreal Mary Deros among others.

The parade this year was a great success, with approximately 50,000 spectators on hand and over 60 floats, organizations and musical groups.  After the parade we served cake at Place du Canada and coffee was served courtesy of McDonalds. There were also many singers to entertain everyone.

Mark you calendar early we will be back again next year on July 1st to celebrate another birthday - 145th.
